GTFan.buzz email addresses are not official Georgia Tech email addresses. They do not grant any access to Georgia Tech systems, networks, student services, alumni services, or any official university resources.

Any use of the term "Georgia Tech" or "GT" on this site is purely descriptive and refers to the fan community surrounding the university, not to the institution itself.

@gtfan.buzz email addresses are private, independently hosted email addresses. They are not issued by, managed by, or associated with Georgia Tech or Georgia Institute of Technology.

Holding a @gtfan.buzz email address does not make you a student, employee, or official representative of Georgia Tech. Do not represent your @gtfan.buzz address as an official university email address.

Users may not use @gtfan.buzz email addresses to impersonate any person, organization, official entity, or brand. This includes but is not limited to:

• Impersonating Georgia Tech officials, staff, faculty, or students • Impersonating Georgia Tech athletic programs, coaches, or athletes • Impersonating any business, organization, or public figure • Creating addresses designed to deceive or mislead recipients

Accounts found to be used for impersonation will be immediately suspended and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

@gtfan.buzz email addresses may not be used for:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive communications • Harassment, threats, or abusive communications • Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious content • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Accounts found to be used for spam or abuse will be immediately suspended and terminated without refund.

All @gtfan.buzz membership applications are subject to manual review and approval by our team. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or availability of the requested identity.

This is a curated, premium fan identity community. We do not offer instant signups or mass account creation. Every application is individually reviewed.

We reserve the right to deny any application at our sole discretion, including but not limited to applications that:

• Request reserved or protected names • Could be used for impersonation • Reference trademarked terms in a potentially infringing manner • Are deemed inappropriate for the community • Do not meet our community standards • Violate our terms of service

Denial of an application does not entitle the applicant to any compensation or explanation.

GTFan.buzz reserves the right to deny any membership application or revoke any previously approved membership at any time if:

• The identity is found to violate our terms of service • Legal, compliance, or trademark issues arise • The account is used for abuse, spam, or impersonation • We receive a valid legal request requiring removal • The identity poses a risk to the community or third parties • The member violates any policy, including policies enacted after approval

No guarantee of permanent identity ownership is made. Revocation due to policy violations does not entitle the account holder to a refund. Reserved status may be applied retroactively to previously approved accounts if abuse, impersonation, or policy violations are discovered.

Certain usernames that closely reference trademarked terms, official brands, or protected names may be restricted, denied, or subject to additional review. GTFan.buzz makes reasonable efforts to avoid trademark infringement but cannot guarantee that all approved usernames are free from trademark concerns.

GTFan.buzz makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or indefinite operation of the @gtfan.buzz email platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant service changes, but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
